Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, all materials, concepts, designs, and code created by MR Quest Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the rights to the specific deliverables will be transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met. Delays on the client's end may result in corresponding delays in project delivery.
MR Quest Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
